Easter

We had four Easter egg hunts!  Jaden loved collecting eggs but it took a few minutes for him to get the hang of it.  He wanted to open his eggs and eat his candy rather than keep picking up more.  Our first egg hunt was in mesquite with the Hunt family.  

The second Easter egg hunt was at the little league field.  The candy wasn't great but the kids had fun anyway.

My mom always does fun easter things for the grand kids!  We had a water party and easter egg hunt on the saturday before easter.

By the time Sunday rolled around and we did an Easter egg hunt at our house Jaden was all egged out.  He just picked up some food from his easter basket and wanted to sit and eat it.  

We took a ride down through the farm to see the new baby cows.  Jaden loved them and would moo at them.  The mama cows weren't to sure about us getting so close to their babies.  I swear one of them was growling at us!  

Oregon

Terron and I took a little trip to Oregon the week before Christmas!  It was beautiful!  I couldn't believe how green it was even in the middle of Dec.  We ate some amazing sea food while we were there.  Eating fish that isn't caught fresh just won't measure up to what we had there!  We spent 4 days there and spent a lot of our time just touring around.  We spent Sunday Driving up the coast.  Which was also gorgeous!  I was in heaven with all the green.  If you know me very well you know that I hate our sage brush and cedar trees.  It was so fun to get away but I missed my baby boy so much!!!  I was definitely ready to get home to see Jaden.  Only time will tell whether or not we will be visiting Oregon again soon...................
