Weekend Trip!
Terron and I went up north for the weekend for his missionary reunion. Our first stop was to the Jordan River Temple. We were asked to be the witness couple which I had never done before. It was so neat to see a different temple! There are a few differences but everything else is the same which is nice. Everyone is so helpful and more than happy to show you were to go which makes me so much more comfortable! We had an awesome experience! My favorite part is the Celestial room and how beautiful it is.

Next stop mission reunion. I didn't even take out my camera while we were there. The high light of that was meeting Terrons Mission president and his wife. They were great. Other than that it was totally akward for me, you just kinda stand there out of place not really knowing what to do..... Terron was glad to have gone to see everyone again but I don't think we will go to anymore. After that we drove up to midway to stay with Terron's friend Winger and his wife. His family has a second home up by park city. We got to meet his brother Chris who plays for the Steelers. He was way cool and then we just kinda hung out and made a midnight run to Wendy's.

Okay so one of the main things we were going to do while we were up north was go to the zoo. I have never been to the zoo and so I got myself all excited about it. Well of course it was snowing like crazy and freezing cold so what happens.....no zoo. I was pretty bumed about it but what can you do. So on the way home we were going to make two stops the mall and Cabelas. We stopped at cabelas first and this is what I found....Animals! I was so excited to see the lions and Zebras and everything else, even if they were all dead and stuffed. I am going to have to take what I can get I guess. Terron and I had so much fun. We walked around that place for an hour just looking at everything. They have a fish room that is floor to ceiling glass with fish. The pictures didn't work so well in there but it was cool! We also made it to the mall just for a few necesities and then we headed home. It was so nice to get away together for the weekend!

Softball Season
Softball has started once again. I decided to get some pics because I didn't take any last season so here they are. So far this season has sucked because they have been playing late games and it is still freezing cold but the softball wives keep coming to support our guys. Must love them or something....

Lazy Days
I have been feeling really guilty today! I have had a long 4 day weekend and what have I done with it, not a dang thing!! I have been so lazy it is not even funny. In fact I am still in my pajamas right now and it is 3:00. I have read two books from friday to today and watched a little tv. I did prepare my sharing time lesson but other than that I have been vegging. I keep thinking about getting up and cleaning something, cooking something, folding some laundry, but then I remind myself of the week ahead and I change my mind. Once tomorrow hits, it is back to my getting up at 4 in the morning driving an hour, working ten hours, then driving another hour just to come home and cook a meal(maybe once or twice a week if terron is lucky), go walking, and go to bed. So even though I have wasted 4 entire days of my life I am beginning to feel better about it now that I have confessed my slothfulness.

Sushi
This past weekend Terron had softball games so we decided to make a weekend of it and stay down to St. G with my sister and brother-in-law. After the friday night game a group of us went out to samurai 21 for dinner. We sat at the hibachi grill, which in my opinion makes the place so great! Our chef was awesome, he made volcanos out of onions and lit them on fire and threw us shrimp to catch in our mouth. (he kept getting angry with me because when I went to catch it I would close my eyes so it would just bounce off my face and onto the floor) I was entertained and laughed all through dinner. I even tried food the would normally make me sick to think about.....If any of you know me very well, then you know how funny I am about food. Ever since I was little I have been funny about eating certain food. If I thought that it tasted gross then there was no way in the world you were going to change my mind other wise, and I wouldn't try it just to see because I already knew that it was going to be nasty. So I have slightly started to be open minded about things. I was 21 years old when I decided that I would taste some fish. It was tilapia and not fishy at all so believe it or not I decided that I liked it..... go figure. Well friday I tried Salmon and after a lot of convincing Sushi.....Flying fish eggs to be exact. It took a lot of courage to shove that thing in my mouth, it almost came back out I just had to talk myself through it in my head and tell my self not to throw up. However after I got it down it really wasn't that bad taste or texture. I think from now on I am going to try and be better about things because they normally aren't as bad as I think them up to be. All in all we had a blast. Thanks everybody for going with us and Melinda and Curtis for the sushi! We will have to do it again soon!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY........TO ME!!!!
Yesterday I turned 22 years old. I know it's not that bad but I feel ancient! I still can't believe that I am already this far into my life! I swear just yesterday I was playing with dolls, and today I have my own little family. (That I LOVE) This past year has been great! We have had quite a few little adventures, some not so good and some that have been amazing! Terron and I made the move to Enterprise almost one year ago to the day. Although that experience was one of my worst night mares, which I will never forget! It brought us back home close to family. We are so blessed to live pretty much next door to everyone we love. And as crazy as it seems that little flood that sent us packing was one of the best things that could have happened to us.
This year flew by like all of the years before it. And once again my birthday has come and gone. However it was a great one! I am so spoiled and I love it. Thank you to all my awesome family and friends and especially my amazing hubby Terron for as always giving me more than I deserve!
For some reason I have convinced the world that we celebrate my birthday all weekend long so to start off the celebration Terron and I spent the night in St. G with Cat and Jared. We all went out to a movie friday night.(Four Christmas's, it was funny but not as great as I had hoped for.) And then sent the boys to get us ice cream for the next movie we started at home. We had great fun with the Blads thanks for letting us crash at your pad. Saturday I got completely spoiled! Jared made us waffles for breakfast which were excellent! (Thanks again pal) and then Terron took me out for a day of shopping. We have made it a tradition that we spend my birthday buying me clothes. I absolutely love it. Terron is so awesome about the whole thing. We walk in a store and I send him to find me clothes. For some reason he always finds the cutest stuff. I hit the dressing room while he brings me more clothes. Seriously how many husbands would do that. He is one of a kind. We spent the rest of the day playing around enjoying our time together. I made away with so many fun cute things.
My mom had an amazing dinner waiting for us when we got home. We normally celebrate both my Dad's and My birthday on the same day which I love. So the whole family came over for food, presents, and pretty much the most amazing ice cream cake ever (two thumbs up for Karisti on that one.) All in all it was a great day. I am sad it's over but that just means one thing! FOUR DAYS TO CHRISTMAS!!!!
